  • 400 g Risotto (leftover or freshly made)
  • 60 g Mozzarella
  • 80 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 40 g Flour
  • 100 ml Marinara sauce
  • 400 ml Vegetable oil
